MANAGING DIRECTORAn alumnus of the Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Smita has over thirty years of experience divided between the Financial Services Industry and HR.
She has worked extensively both in the Retail as well as Wholesale financial sectors.
She has been the SBU Head for the Financial Services SBU in the consulting business of Hewitt Associates (now AON Hewitt). Her last corporate assignment was Head of Consulting for DDI India.
Smita also serves as an Independent Director on the Board of HDB Financial Services Limited, a subsidiary of HDFC Bank.
